NetSpend is a leading marketer and processor of branded and private-label prepaid debit card products. The Company’s product offerings include general purpose reloadable prepaid debit cards, general purpose gift cards, and customized debit card programs for large credit card issuers and other consumer-driven companies. Through its acquisition of Skylight Financial, an earlier JLL investment, NetSpend gained corporate payroll and direct-to-consumer sales strategies that complement its existing retail and online distribution networks.
